Prevailing Perdiem
GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES: A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The credit card will only be charged in the event that you reservation is not cancelled within 72-hours prior to arrival.
Prevailing Government Perdiem at time of meeting may adjust according to the published rates for December. To receive the prevailing U.S. government perdiem a valid government photo ID is required at the time of check-in. Conference Management/Hotel will adjust rate should a corporate individual’s reservation accidentally get booked under the wrong rate. ONLY ACTIVE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PERDIEM RATE.
Applicable taxes and fees will be added to room rates. The total collection is presently 12.75%, which includes the Aurora Lodging tax (8%), Colorado State tax (2.9%), Adams County tax (0.75%), Cultural District tax (0.10%), RTD Commuter Rail tax (1.0%). An additional $2.00 Aurora Destination Marketing Fee will apply daily.

About the Gaylord Rockies
Pre/Post Convention Rates
Subject to availabitlity, Group rates will apply three (3) days prior to, and three (3) days following, the dates of the Event. Each additional person to a room is $20.00. Children twelve (12) years and under are free when occupying the same room as their parents.
Guaranteed Reservation
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or be guaranteed by Group. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods. Credit cards will be charged prior to arrival.
Parking
On-site parking, fee: 29 USD daily
Valet parking, fee: 39 USD daily
DAY SELF: 0-4 hrs-$8, 4-8 hrs-$18, 8+hrs-$29 VALET WEEKENDS ONLY

A limited number of rooms available at the prevailing government per diem rate for single/double occupancy will be honored only for U.S. Government employees travelling with U.S. Government-issued credit cards, or the reservation will be fulfilled at the industry group rate upon check-in. Government contractors and/or retired or non-active military personnel do not qualify for government rate rooms.
