COVID-19 Safety Information

All Attendees and Exhibitors need to be fully vaccinated or show proof of a negative COVID test to attend PMMC 2022.

ARCTOS is monitoring the situation with COVID-19 on a regular basis to ensure that best practices are being followed at our Conferences. This Conference will be conducted in accordance with all guidance published by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for events and gatherings, in coordination with the event venue. ARCTOS will fully comply with all applicable requirements imposed by state, provincial and local health authorities for the locality in which the Conference takes place. Any requirements for our attendees will be posted here as they develop.


Will proof of vaccination or a negative test be required to attend?
Yes, all attendees and exhibitors will be required to provide proof of full vaccination OR proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72-hours prior to being on-site for badge pick-up.

What is considered fully vaccinated and which vaccines will be accepted?
An individual is considered fully vaccinated 14-days after the second dose of a two-dose vaccine series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna) or 14 days after a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen).

What type of COVID test will ARCTOS accept?
ARCTOS will ONLY allow Rapid Antigen, Rapid PCR and Regular PCR. Proof of antibodies will not be accepted.

Will COVID testing be available on-site?
COVID testing will not be available on-site. COVID testing is the financial responsibility of the attendee.

How will ARCTOS collect vaccine/negative test information?
ARCTOS will be securely uploading attendee information. Once this document is verified, it will be deleted. You will need to bring your negative test information with you to be verified on-site.

What is the deadline to submit proof of vaccination?
Information must be submitted no later than February 28, 2022, to guarantee that documentation will be verified. If you don’t submit by this deadline, you will need to bring your documents with you to be verified on-site.

What is the mask policy?
ARCTOS follows CDC and state guidelines. As of February 5, 2022, the mask mandate was lifted in the Denver area. Attendees/Exhibitors are no longer required to wear face masks at the Gaylord Rockies.
